One significant sale was the extraordinary property at 5908 Lake Shore Drive in Bolton Landing, NY, marking the highest priced residential sale this year. In September 2018 we expanded our presence in Jacksonville, FL and partnered with First Coast Sotheby’s International Realty by purchasing ownership stake and gaining 60+ agents. The merger expands the firm’s presence in Florida, serving the luxury residential real estate markets in Amelia Island, Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach.

Brand Exclusives and Highlights
2018 was another impactful year for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, which saw the roll-out of new tools like Curate, Design Vault, and the launch of the Reside podcast. Most recently, the brand launched a new industry outreach and agent recruitment programs including Leading in Luxury and the Vanguard campaign. The Brand was also recognized as the No.1 real estate channel on YouTube.
