'Boy! What a breath of fresh air Stephanie is! We worked with 2 other real estate agents who didn't bring one person to our house and didn't do any marketing as promised.
Then Stephanie called us to list with her. We are SO glad we did. She marketed the house BEYOND what was promised. And, most importantly, she did EXACTLY what she promised: to sell the house in a month after 3 wasted years with the other realtors. Returned responses were prompt and precise, and she earned our trust and respect by her perseverance and honesty. It's extremely important to find an agent who appreciates architecture and design as Stephanie does.
We highly recommend Stephanie as the premier real estate agent for the area. She's real, forthright, and the nicest individual you'll meet.'
